Byggbar Tech is the trading name of Mario Lundqvist OÜ, a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (European Union), VAT ID EE102860944.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use Byggbar Tech services at byggbartech.com.

This policy applies to Byggbar Tech and byggbartech.com. It does not govern use of Your AI Workforce once it is launched as a product. When the platform becomes available, separate privacy documentation will apply to use of that product.

Our mobile applications, such as Subliminals Mind, are distributed through third-party app stores. Data handling within those apps is governed by the relevant app store policies and any in-app privacy information provided for each product.

We only collect personal data that you choose to provide, or that is generated through normal use of our services:

• Pre-launch interest form: name, email address, and an optional message when you register interest in Your AI Workforce.
• Support contact: if you email us at support@byggbartech.com or use the support form, we receive the information you include in your message (such as name, email address, and message content).
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised usage information, such as page views and general device or browser information.

We do not operate user accounts, do not sell personal data, and do not collect payment information through byggbartech.com.

We use personal data only for legitimate purposes related to Byggbar Tech, including to:

• manage pre-launch interest registrations and contact you about pre-launch updates;
• respond to support requests and general inquiries;
• understand how our services are used so we can improve them;
• maintain the security and proper operation of our services.

Where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process personal data on the following bases:

• Consent — when you submit the pre-launch interest form or contact us with a request.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our services, and to communicate with people who have expressed interest in our products.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Byggbar Tech and deliver our services, including providers that help us:

• receive and deliver pre-launch interest form submissions to support@byggbartech.com;
• host byggbartech.com and measure aggregated site usage.

byggbartech.com may also link to third-party services such as Google Play or Telegram. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you leave our site.

We do not allow service providers to use your personal data for their own independent marketing purposes.

Pre-launch interest submissions and support correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage pre-launch communications, respond to inquiries, and maintain appropriate business records — unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to our analytics provider's standard retention practices.

Byggbar Tech uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. This includes analytics cookies used to understand general site traffic.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with similar privacy rights, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data, where applicable;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data handled through our services. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Byggbar Tech is intended for a general business and product audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our services. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
