Byggbartech is the trading name of Mario Lundqvist OÜ, a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (EU), VAT ID EE102860944. Platform-level account, payment, subscription, and distribution processing is handled by Google Play and Apple App Store under their respective privacy and GDPR compliance frameworks.

Byggbartech and Mario Lundqvist OÜ do not collect, store, sell, or process personal user data on external servers. We do not operate a separate user database or retain personal app data outside the official platform services described below.

User accounts, payments, subscriptions, and app distribution are handled natively and securely by official platform providers: Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Their respective privacy policies and terms govern the platform processing associated with those services.

Any preferences or settings created inside our apps remain strictly on the user's physical device. Byggbartech does not transmit or retain those local preferences on external servers.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by contacting support@byggbartech.com. EU residents have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
