All software, designs, trademarks, and content associated with Byggbartech products remain the property of Mario Lundqvist OÜ. No license is granted except the limited right to use our applications as intended.

Our products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mario Lundqvist OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
